My pre-order watch arrived today, and I am very happy about the customer service ,which always kept me updated about my order. But I wished it was not a pre-order at the beginning that is why 3 stars

We are so sorry that you needed to be in a list of pre-order. Hope you understand at that point of time we were relatively small startup and we encountered unexpected demand which resulted in a out of stock situation, which has been clearly presented on the website. Therefore, we truly appreciate your understanding regards the case and we hope we resolved the case as soon as we were able to :)

easy exchange but i would prefer that the returning formula would be included inside the package. I am tired of printing labels by myself
