Hello, We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our return policy. Of course, it is not our intention to make you feel that way. You are completely right that our customers have the right to request a refund on all products bought on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery, meaning, the request should been made on our return center during that time (not returned, but only request made within 2 weeks period, which believe sounds fair enough). Because a good customer experience is the number one aim for us, to be honest, we are super flexible with returns and we tend to make an exceptions, where we accept return request within 30 days if communication has been made from the customer side. We understand that it might be a gift or similar occasion which causes uncertainty. In your case, sadly, no communication regards the gift or related product uncertainty has been made. However, please understand, when it came to your case as it has been more than one month, we needed treat everyone equally and reject your return request which we're truly sorry for.
