Hello, Thank you again for your feedback.
We are very sorry to hear that our product did not meet your needs. Just like you mention, in these cases we recommend exchanging the strap for a mesh or nylon one since they are longer. Alternatively, going a size up on the watch may be a perfect fit since the 40mm watches have longer straps.
However, we also provide XL straps for 36mm watches but only in Black or Brown leather in case these were not at option. You're welcome to contact us at hello@nordgreen.com if this were the case.
Nonetheless, we will, of course, take this feedback strongly into consideration and see how we could improve in the future.

Watch did not work. Sent back and haven’t heard anything about a replacement.

Thanks for taking the time to review us.
From what we can see, you've sent us your watch for replacement, and on May 1st we located the delivery since it had been dropped off at our office during the weekend. On May 6th we confirmed, after inspection, that we would send a replacement watch as soon as possible. According to our records, the new watch was delivered to you on May 11.
Hopefully, you have received the replacement watch and are satisfied with it and our service, since we didn't hear back from you.
