We are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your needs as you imagined, however, in the case like this we always offer an alternative to exchange to another colour as this helps to resolve visibility issue. This is of course also covered by Nordgreen.
However, we will of course take this feedback strongly into consideration and see how we could improve in the future in regards the contrast between the gun metal case and dark dial. To be honest, we are fully aware of this case and working very hard to resolve this asap.
