Good service
order wasn't processed first time so had to ring to see why taking so long. From the point of ordering a second time due to their error they sent out the receipt books really quickly and the service...

Thanks for your feedback Sophie. I've looked into this and it was an odd one as we'd had a very random selection of emails go missing. Thankfully the problem has never re-occurred, but we are sorry that it happened to you. Very glad that we managed to make up for it...
