Bad communication in terms of letting me know when the bed was dispatched etc. The bed also didnt come with any sort of instructions or reciept.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the the delivery communication email sent to you ended up in your junk folder so you did not know the bed frame was being delivered. I am not sure why the instructions were not included but I will take this up with our supplier.

The delivery driver called an hour before his allocated time to tell me he was outside. This resulted in me having to take my baby out in his pyjamas at 8 o'clock so no one would take the bed that...

Thank you for your review and I am very happy you are pleased with your purchase. I will take this up with the external couriers so they can advise the depot from where the delivery was made. We are also in the process of changing delivery companies.

Both telephone & e-mail service from MyBedframes was excellent but not so with the delivery company whose driver rang me at 11.00 hrs & said he'd be with us at 12.30hrs. No further call came from...

I am not sure re the headboard as all the products are made to exact measurements so that they do not alter through the manufacture process. I am pleased that you managed to sort it out and that you are very happy with it.
