Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can see we have been waiting for your cruise line to issue all the documentation to us. Once we have received this I can see we have agreed to express post everything to you. As this was one week ago I have passed your details over to our after sales team who will be in contact shortly to give you an update. So far have only good things to say about the service
