Annoying renewal phone calls
Insurance is OK, nothing special, but they kept contacting us for payment for a month before it was due, over 10 phone calls to home and mobile phones. This is not necessary and is very annoying...

Quick and easy .The lady I dealt with was patient and understanding , and explained everything.Also its no problem requesting a paper copy of the insurance policy .

I had checked other sites for my caravan insurance and had a good idea what I wanted to pay. I then got a call from Assist and they came up with the best deal .
