I'm sorry you were disappointed with the shipping times. You can find our shipping info in the FAQ's section of our website. We ship every Mon, Wed & Fri morning and orders need to be in by 9am to go out that day. When you purchase express post, it should arrive the next day after we ship rather than taking the 2-3 days Australia Post estimates parcels will reach most of Australia (longer for regional Australia).
I'm so pleased that you had a good experience chatting to Rose and I hope that your little one gets lots of use out of her Minnows this summer and that we'll have another chance to exceed your expectations in the future.

Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback. Your parcel was picked and sent within 12 hours of your placing your order and a shipping notification and tracking number sent immediately after. However after following up on your tracking details it does look like your parcel took way too long to reach you (arrived 30th Dec). Unfortunately we have no visibility over when orders are delivered, we expect our courier partners to deliver according to the service we pay them for. We then send our feedback email requests according to that schedule. My apologies that the delivery and feedback requests were out of alignment due to the late delivery of your parcel.
I'll lodge a complaint with Couriers Please and would encourage you to do the same. I'd refund your postage only it was shipped via free express shipping as part of our Christmas promotion.
Anything else you need, please let me know.
