Delivery was when it was expected and the website was user-friendly. Also, the thin plastic covering that obvioulsy helps to keep the chair wipe-clean was peeling off in strips when we took it out...

They advised me that they could not supply a pack of 100 and instead they supplied a pack of 200 for the price of 100. Excellent service. Very impressed.
