We’re really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Your order arriving late despite paying for next-day delivery, followed by receiving a faulty item and having to query the return fee, is certainly not the service we want to provide. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, which we’ll pass on to the relevant teams to help us improve.
