Great product, absolutely terrible customer service. Tub was broken in transit & leaked everywhere in the box, wouldn’t reply to my emails until I threatened to contact my credit card to complain....

Apologies your order arrived unsatisfactory, all products are sent brand new and on the very small occasion damage can happen during transit. Customers are given a range of options to resolve including returning the product free of charge for a replacement.
