Not a personal experience
I didn't get the personal experience I would expect from paying a higher % fee than other agents. Not impressive. In fact quite dismissive.

Despite a generally good service, we have the overwhelming feeling that M&P
Some, normally junior staff are asked to interface with customers with no or little experience
