Very helpful agent

Average experience - I expected better as was recommended to use M&P
was ok but the person dealing with the rental of our property slacked off regarding details - he simply wasn't interested in making sure everything was ok - his aim was to get the fee! - nothing more

Poor renewal process
Recent experience on renewal of one of my properties was poor. No communication and left to the last possible moment to get the renewal completed
