Ensure they don’t leave a trainee dealing with a sale who promises things will be done on the vehicle that don’t get done and when asked I was told I have to sort it myself!

Pre checks must have been non existant

The pre sale service was either not done or incomplete as already getting particulate filter problems, brake pads need replacing and horrible clutch shudder in reverse. Gear gribding in changing gear...
