Dear Pamela, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on both the Yepzon tracker and our service. I am sorry that the instructions that came with the tracker were not sufficient, and further, detailed instructions did not prove to be user-friendly. Your feedback is incredibly useful and helps us work with our suppliers to improve their products, manuals and services.  We want to make the process is as simple and straightforward as possible, especially on such important products such as trackers so I'm sorry we failed to do so on this occasion. Our customer service team is always on hand and we are happy to talk the setup process through with customers over the phone if they experience any difficulties but I can understand your frustrations and the decision to instead return the tracker. 

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, I was sorry to read of your disappointment and to hear that you needed to chase us and our suppliers for the refund. As we speak we are working to improve our returns process to ensure that customers do not need to chase us as this should never be the case. I know this doesn't make up for the frustrating experience you had with Unforgettable but I do hope it demonstrates how seriously we take your feedback. 

Hi Sandra, I'm sorry to hear that the pill dispenser didn't work as expected. I emailed you in December as I think perhaps the item may be faulty if the batteries are running out frequently. We would like to get this investigated and fixed for you so please do email or call us back and hopefully we can get it sorted for you asap.
