Had to wait over 1 hour for them to answer the phone but then it was easy and fairly quick to deal with. Had to buy separate travel insurance for me and my wife due to age restrictions.
I’ve been calling for 4 days, on hold over 20 minutes each time, unable to get through. No response by email either.

Received an email on day 5 with an apology and refund. It’s a shame that the response was so slow but the problem has now been satisfactorily resolved.
