Friendly!
The operator I spoke with was very helpful, friendly & didn't appear to mind being at work on a bank holiday....refreshing! I had my booking dealt with very efficiently.

Not Pleasurable
Had to make 2 phone calls costing me monies because the computer only booked us 4 buffet meals for our overnight stay when we are 6 adults.
Sort out your booking system.

thanks for taking the time to inform us of your experience whilst booking. This is something that our I.T team have also noticed and are currently working on to resolve. The good news is that the price you have been charged is correct for the 6 adults it's just not showing the correct amount on the voucher which has now been amended for you.
