Being refused a loan then transferred to head row house and charged extortionate rates although I am in full employment and was accepted when I joined.

Online access is rubbish

Opened a saving account and was accepted for a loan with no problems . After accepting the loan I've had no access to my account set up online everything tried and still I can't access my account...
