Service great. Still waiting for the light 1 week later! Bad delivery
The service was fantastic whilst at the ordering stage, however, 1 week later and I still haven’t received my light, despite paying £25 for delivery.

Thank you for your review. Whilst we take responsibility for delays which occur with our courier once packages leave our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility for deliveries being missed 3 times, which was unfortunately the case in your situation due to you not being home. Once you contacted us and made us aware you hadn’t received your order, a member of our sales team looked into this for you and informed you that you had missed several deliveries, we then contacted the courier on your behalf and arranged for your order to be delivered the following day.

Poor service
Had issues with delivery, had to chase for update, really disappointed with customer service, never received an answer when I requested refund for goods that had not been delivered. Won't use again.

Sorry the service wasn't up to scratch for you this time. I believe the item you ordered couldn't be delivered the next day for you and as you didn't want the goods a refund has been processed for you already.
