A great example of how good customer service can turn around a review. Thank you for getting to the bottom of the missing dog food (DPD at fault) and getting a replacement order to me . My two fur rascals now think I'm a fab hooman getting their fav mix back in their bowls . 😄
I asked a question by email and they never got back to me very poor .good delivery service but talking to them is rubbish

i feed my dogs raw green tripe the question i asked was the product i buy is it best to soak it first or just put it on top of the green tripe

Morning Neil,
You do not need to soak the mixers but if your four-legged friend prefers it, you of course can.
Because we bake our biscuits, you get a much crisper, crunchier biscuit which helps to stop fast eaters, because of the increased chewing action, it also helps keep breath fresher and teeth cleaner too.
