I appreciate that it would have been helpful to have been provided with a breakdown of costs for each of element of your holiday, however it is standard practice for Tour Operators to combine services and then present them as a package for consideration at an overall cost. Package holidays are defined under the Package Travel Regulations as ones that are offered, sold or charged at an inclusive or total price.
I’m pleased to hear that Chelsea found you a suitable solution and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for booking with us. Rest assured, your holiday is fully protected through both ATOL and ABTA and you’ll have our full support throughout your travels.
