Thank you for the review! It's good to know you enjoyed the ride. Hope to see you again!

Hello! Thank you for your review. It's good to know your ride from the airport to the hotel went well, but we are very sad to hear that your return trip was a nightmare. First of all, we apologize for the driver's tardiness. When your plane departures soon and you may be late is truly unpleasant and scary. Secondly, it's very sad that the language barrier had happened in the first place. We're disappointed to hear that the dispatcher behaved inappropriately. This was not very professional on them and we will make sure they will realize their mistake. We still hope you give us a chance to prove that we can do better than this and that your next trips will be as flawless as the first one.

Thank you for your feedback! We're looking forward to seeing you again.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience that you've experienced. We understand your irritation as it is extremely uncomfortable to ride in a car that is not suitable in the first place. Your feedback will help us to improve.

Thank you for your feedback! Looking forward to seeing you again.
