Thank you for writing back and sharing your experience with us, after investigating we would like to inform you that we do call verification and bank verification to confirm all the details are correct and just to make sure it is a legitimate purchase and we also like to inform you that after checking with the airline they informed us that you have reached late at the airport and it was a no show however our agent inform you about the change fee and the fare difference however you did not agreed for the same.

That is partly true. Prior to know the flight was delayed I was told that I have 30 minutes if I checked in online which is what I did. You are charging $325 penalty fee for what was not my fault. Also the flight left 15 minutes earlier which at the time I reached would have more than enough time to get on my flight. The representative at the counter said it was because of my checked bag they could not allow me in. I don't have to pay anything because it was not my fault the flight delayed again. As I stated before this is my first time with you guys and from the very beginning of the process was very unprofessional. Check the calls and listen the conversations they had several times to verify the same thing. Also if you show up at the airport you can't be a no show. You need to refund me or schedule me another flight.

Thank you for writing back to us and we would like to inform you that after listening to call recording our agent tried to help you out and our agent also spoke with delta airline representative she clearly mentioned that you reached airport late and you were late for baggage check-in and boarding pass, so it has been considered as a no show show according to the airline however we can not go against the fare rules of the airline, please understand we are a third party.

No that is not true I was not late the person at the counter said they can let me go in but I have a bag that I need to check. They also said the flight was leaving earlier than original time planned for departure. So you want to go by rules and policies your agent has that recorded to and I'm sure you heard that. So what are you going to do its my time doing business with you guys and I don't appreciate your service as of right now. Let me know how we can resolve this matter. I'll await your reply.
