Thank you for writing back to us and we do apologies for the inconvenience caused to you however we would like to inform you that when you finish making booking online your card gets charged automatically and we would also like to inform you that your flights segments were unconfirmed from the airline's end, and our agent did three way conference call to get your transaction and amount released from your financial institution and we have already release your amount from our end. OH NO. you don't understand. When the transaction was NOT complete and I had not received a e-ticket number, I CALLED the agent and talked to him and he CONFIRMED the ticket and made me send him a picture of my passport and card number AGAIN, and said that EVERYTHING IS SET and that I would be getting my e-ticket number via e-mail in 20 minutes. But I did not receive, so I called back and the agent said that THIS WAS A MISTAKE. So, in actually, it's not the website but it's THE AGENT. This is really unprofessional. You WASTED my time and my energy. AND I was not able to make it to a very important meeting that day. So, please fix your problem so other people don't go through what I went through.
