We do apologize for the inconvenience, however we would like to inform you that the fare of your booking got expired from the airline's end however we did inform you about the new fare but you did not agreed so as per your request we cancelled the booking. The fares are control by the Airline and we can not go against the airline fares policy.

Your excuse is meaningless.
You did not book us immediately as we were informed.
A legitimate business would have absorbed the loss.
Please use individuals who speak English without such a thick dialect that they cannot be understood.
The lack of supervisors indicated you are nothing but a sham business.
Your business is being investigated by several state and federal legislators who plan to file appropriate actions and injunctions against your fraudulent company so other Americans will not be subject to your terrible business practice.
