We really apologies for the inconvenience you have gone through We do understand your situation its disappointing however since the purchase done for someone else from your card before we send the confirm ticket we do verification with the Card holder on verified billing phone number as it is an online purchase so inorder to make sure it is a valid transaction for the safety of the  card holder since we were not able reach you within the verification period  that is why we cancel the transaction .We apologize for the bad experience.

All our calls are recorded and after investigating the call we cancelled the ticket as all the calls  are recorded we as a merchant also need to make sure its a valid online transaction we need to verify the transaction details on the verified phone number that is associate with the card not on the alternate contact which was provided by the traveler.
