We apologize for all the hassles you have gone through, however, we have checked your reservation and as per the details we tried to reach you on your billing phone number within 2 hours after the booking was made but we did not receive any response from your end. When you called us back, we corrected the name as it was required and once it was updated we were able to send you your E-ticket and Invoice on the same day to the email address provided in the booking.
