We apologize for all the hassles you have gone through, however, the changes that we make on the ticket are controlled by the airlines and we only update you regarding the same. When we contacted the airline, at first they informed us about the additional charges and that is what we informed you, later on, we were able to get a waiver for the changes penalty and that is why we were able to make changes without any additional cost. It nice to know that your overall experience was good with us and thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.
