My bank said ticket was cancelled. The next person I talked was probably in India and I could barely understand him. First he said he couldn't find my reservation, then said my ticket was not cancelled and sent me an "e-ticket"... and as of now, I'm not sure I even have a flight.
I will have to call Delta and find out.
I'm not sure this is even a legit business.
