Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. I was disappointed to see that the top you orderd was the wrong size, I would imagine that one of the items has an incorret size label in. Please return the item if you are not happy and we will either refund or exchange. We try to get the descriptions to match the product, which sometimes is not easy!, I have checked this and on line it says Foil.Well worth checking though as otherwise we could have had a problem. Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you place with Joe Browns. I am sorry to hear the the tee print disintergrated on its first wash. We sell products that should be fir for purpose, this clearly was not. In cases like this we always like to get the product back, so that we can then take the matter up with our supplier, and either refund you or exchange the item. We have also now altered the wash instructions and care label, which will prevent this occuring again.So thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. As a thank you and the fact that we can not refund the item I am sending you some vouchers, which I hope you will use and will receive our normal level of product and service.
