CUSTOMER IS A FOOL!!
Do not penalise a customer for a no fault claim and then the same day more than double the next years premium.
Then blame it on the insurers and try to make the service they offer sound brilliant.

Very poor service by the JaguarAccident Insurance Team and ERS Insurance.
