Dear Mr Aitken, thank you for your feedback. We regret to see that you did not enjoy the villa fully. I know that there was an issue with the water being cut off for a few hours at the villa. We were notified, after your stay, by the local water board that at the time of your stay, there was unfortunately a shortage of water in the area, that affected most of Sorrento. As we did not hear from you at all during your stay, we presumed you were enjoying your holiday. For any issues at all, minor or otherwise, we always kindly ask our clients to contact us so we can make sure to fix them promptly. Best regards, Italian Breaks
