Good price and process for sign-up.

Signing up was very easy and the price reflected its online only status through savings passed n to customers. Hope the claim process is not necessary but that at least it is as good if we DO need it.

Simple quote process that promises much cover, fraught with danger perhaps?

Easy to navigate quote, but policy exclusions not obvious and just asking customers to click wrap and read PDS seems to be liability-evading behaviour.
