Easy enough to choose a policy but I haven't received our insurance documents.

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you have not received your policy documents yet.
Looking at the system, you have bought your InsuraWedding policy from MoneySuperMarket. So, there might be a technical hiccup with their online system leading to a delay in sending your policy documents to you.
We have re-sent your documents to the email address you have provided. Please check your junk and spam folders, as unfortunately sometimes emails can mistakenly end up in there. If you still have not received your documents we may need to try sending them to an alternative email address, or would like to receive your policy documents via post. If so, please call us on 01483 806 828 (our opening hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday) or email us at enquiries@voyagerins.com.

Easy to buy but no policy documents recievef
Easy to do but still don't have our paperwork or agreement which is very concerning.

I have been trying to get in contact for now the 3rd day to change the title on my policy, nobody seems to be getting back to me. Very very slow in responding.

Looking at the system, you have bought your InsuraWedding policy through MoneySuperMarket. However, we have also looked into our call system, we were unable to find any records of you calling us from the mobile number you have provided on your policy.

It would be 5 star if you had done what I had asked and sent me a hard Copy of my policy ,please arrange to get ot posted out ASAP
