That said, we are very sorry to learn about the health concerns you raised. We completely understand how distressing it must have been to witness a fellow passenger travelling while unwell, and we are sorry to hear that your wife along with others became ill as a result. It’s unfortunate when something like this affects the enjoyment and wellbeing of multiple guests, especially when it leads to missed experiences.
Your suggestion of implementing a policy requiring mask use for anyone showing symptoms such as a persistent cough is entirely understandable. While we are not in a position to mandate mask-wearing, please rest assured that your health and safety are always our top priorities. We have implemented comprehensive cleaning and sanitisation protocols, including daily surface cleaning and frequent air filter sanitisation on our coaches, to help maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone on board.
