Hello - Having just spoken to you on the phone and had an pleasant and interesting conversation, I would just like to follow up and say how sorry we are that your first contact was not the best . We do pride ourselves on customer service and our knowledge of Meaco dehumidifiers, so very disappointed that this happened.
