fast and easy, But could communicated more with regards to issue they experiencing when debiting customers. some months they do not debit hence inconveniencing customers.

I prefer to shop online. I was impressed by their prompt response to my online application and their attention to detail. I was covered as I requested and the premium deduction started as expected.
Is the way you explained and make us understand of the different summaries u have.

There was one month they skipped a debit order and no notification was sent to clients. I had to call and find out and I was told there was a system glitch on their side and I’d get a call or sms in...
