Hi Debbie, thanks for taking the time to send in a review. I have just checked our records and it does indeed look like you completed the survey so you should have been paid. I am so sorry that an error was made and this didn't happen at the time, we will investigate how this happened to avoid a repeat. A simple process...
The process was simple and easy to follow. For me it was improved further still when it became personalised with various responses to my input. Would I do it again or recommend it - yes.
