Comprehensive resource, pragmatic advice and new templates get added if they don't currently exist. Search functionality could be better.

Jenny has been very prompt in responding to emails about our subscription. That said, the initial email regarding renewal only came out at 15.57 pm on the day our subscription expired, more notice...

A great tool supported by friendly and professional people!
