Customer service was abysmal, no responsibility was taken for not informing me that the installation date had slipped even though they new there was an issue several days before. I took my last days...

While Homeview will always aims to keep customers appraised throughout the process of any changes, your experience has been one of the few occasions where Homeview has not been able to communicate sufficiently the issues we faced, we understand this must have been very frustrating and for that we apologies.
