Thank you for your positive comments regarding our sales staff. Unfortunately, we are legally obliged to quote the star rating and information given by our suppliers. We note that no complaint was received after your return when any issues may have been addressed. Further, our accommodation vouchers have telephone numbers to contact should your experience not be acceptable and our suppliers will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately.
