It was done over the Internet and phone. They phoned me back several times as there was some problem with my debit card. I eventually used by credit card and they were very helpful and patient.

The flight was cancelled by the airline and was a situation over which we had no control. Options were offered which would have resulted no loss of accommodation costs but these were declined. The cancellation invoice we posted on 27 August 2013 for submission to your insurers.
