We are sorry you have cause to complain in this forum but would comment that you placed your order online and it was a request basis only. If the arrangements could not be provided at the price offered, you will have been given the option to take the next available at a new price. Unfortunately after booking, we do not have control over airline changes in flight timings. We do regret your experience in relation to the transfer service and can of course investigate with the supplier if you make contact via the usual channels. Records show we informed them of the new flight time to ensure service was provided. We hope that despite this the remainder of your holiday was enjoyable and thank you for your feedback.

Mrs Driscoll, if you have submitted formal complaint this will be responded to inside the timescales in our agreement and on the teams auto reply. Kindly allow them opportunity to do so. We are sorry to hear of your experience and they will investigate, however, requests for upgrade free of charge are at the hotels discretion and we can only pass on this in the hope they do so.

Mrs Chamberlain we are disappointed with the review since your booking does not reflect this at all. You were provided with correct information to avoid encountering the issues you appear to be frustrated about and we regret that you feel you would not use our services again since we find no fault.

Mr Mahmood we are sorry to hear this but would point out that we did not send you to the property, you chose it when you booked online on our website. Under these and any other circumstances we would expect that a customer researches that a property meets their personal requirements before doing so. None the less we sympathise if it did not reach your personal expectation.
