When I hit a few problems printing out my boarding pass etc I rang Custermer services n the lady who answered was very helpful. Also responses to my email questions were answered pretty promptly.

Read some dubious reviews however I found them a pleasure to book with

Jet 2 good hotel good, Ryan air not so good
The only disappointment was trying to retrieve my Ryan air return ticket, it would have been beneficial to know I needed to use your email address and not mine.

Absolutely shocking... I had the worst holiday of my life... I have emailed the in numerous accounts and still have not had a response!! Customer service are useless they say anything to get rid of...

Hello Miss Maloney - we regret that your holiday did not meet expectation. Whilst you were in resort our team did reply to you so this is factually incorrect that you have no response. If you have also addressed this matter post travel, to a different team, they will respond in the timescales advised within the auto reply you get from them and we request that you allow them opportunity to look into matters in order to do so.
