We do apologise if you have received no callback. However, it would appear that you have added the parking directly with Ryanair and have full access to the booking online. We shall, of course, request our after-sales to address the issue.

I don't have full access to the booking with Ryan Air because its on a email that you have linked to my account that I don't have access to, the same email that I used to check in to my flights but I don't have the password for, I presume all that needs doing is holidaygems log into that email and forward the relevant information to my email address

Shocking if you need to make a change. Booked a holiday on Tuesday and double checked with Paul what the cancellation would be was advised 60pp and name change would be free. Called back 2 days later...

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a change of destination with a change of flights as the suppliers used in the original booking do not operate in the requested one. You would have to cancel as per the supplier T&C and this is a matter over which we have no control. This process would not have been any different if you had made a direct booking. The matter is currently with our customer service team who are quoting as per the costs from the suppliers.

I wasn't asking you to change the destinations I would have done that myself. The problem came from being told one thing and when it come down to it being told something else.
