The hotel has spoken to me taking no responsibility in my view. They told me that the transfer is nothing to do with them and as for the staff basically called me a liar and said there staff are always happy friendly and helpful They told me that on the day we checked in they had no complaints about the reception staff. To be honest I'm not interested in other guests and only interested in my experience which again has been not very good or professional.
