Good holiday booked after consultation with Holiday Gems rep.
I was very happy with the service provided for the holiday by Lily Sakar. She was lovely to deal with.. I was unhappy that the price quoted on the internet is not the price you pay - no hold...

Terrible! Asked for a refund within 24 hours of purchase as my partner has not long left to live we just found out that was meant to be our trip away! £1200 holiday and the offered £326 refund less...
