We are so sorry that you haven’t had the best experience. Although your order was dispatched from us the next day, unfortunately we are reliant on the delivery company to do their job. Clearly in this case Yodel have not provided the expected service for which we can only apologise to you.
However we are moving away from using Yodel as their service has been far from satisfactory and from Monday we will be using a tracked Royal Mail service with the ability to leave delivery instructions for large items unable to go through normal sized letterboxes. We hope that this will improve our service especially for those who have experienced difficulties with their local Yodel courier.
