Great service
This is the second car I have had from Hippo.
Lianna looked after me from start to finish and kept me informed at all times
Its a great way to own a car without the expensive deposit !

Average - did nothing to let me down (that wasn't in their control) but did not match my expectations created by another lease company that I arranged my wife's car through

It took almost a calendar month to be able to collect the van, which i was told was only 25 miles from them. I had to chase them up for updates, which were non existent, big lack of communications on...
